We always worry about our sheep in the heat and always feel so relieved when our shearer arrives in early June. Sheep are at risk of fly strike and overheating and with the unpredictable weather its getting more difficult to know when to shear with heatwaves one moment and nothing but rain the next! All of our 54 sheep have had their huge coats off and worming and feet trimming. Charlie also had a much needed shear.
